The lingered case between Hassan Saleh and Chris Adabah Abah over House of Representatives Membership has been finalised today having Hassan Saleh being declared winner.
The unanimous judgment was delivered today at the Supreme Court of Justice, Abuja.
Bearing all the evidence and following strict judgment with all the provisions of the Constitution, the judge declared Hassan Saleh as the member House of Rep representing Ado, Okpokwu& Ogbadibo.
